About The Event
What socially responsible design models and nudging techniques can be harnessed to influence people’s behavior? How do we design for sustainable consumption behavior and develop solutions that reduce resource consumption? And what strategies are there to design products that lead users to adopt more environmentally friendly behaviors?
DESIGN TO IMPROVE LIVES
This pop-up event will focus on sustainability and planet-centric design, tapping into Behavioral Design and Behavioral Science techniques. With a series of Behavioral Design and UX experts, it will explore how to create a positive change for our planet tackling the 17 Sustainable Development Goals compiled by the United Nations.

THE FORMAT
Design Matters will bring on stage a global and interdisciplinary network of experts to discuss the practice of Behavioral Design and how to most effectively use it to transform people’s lives for the better. The event aims at defining and leading the agenda on the most important issues concerning UX/UI, innovation, tech, and sustainability.
The conference will be live streamed. After you have purchased your ticket, you will receive the link to the streaming platform on the day before the event.

The video platform
You will get access to the video platform once you purchase your ticket.
The talks will be live-streamed on the video platform Vito and they will be uploaded on the same platform a few days after the event, so that you can watch and rewatch later.
You will have access to the platform for one year. There, you will also find the presentation slides of the talks as well as 40+ talks and interviews from the two previous Design Matters conferences.
If you're already on the platform
If you already have access to the video platform Vito for attending a previous conference or if you bought a subscription to Design Matters On Demand, you will be able to watch the talks once they’re uploaded on the video platform.
