Justyna Adamczyk is Head of People at Sketch, with over 10 years of international experience in fast-paced HR departments. She has an extensive background in sourcing, recruiting and motivating top tech talent across multiple countries, and collaborates as a teacher with Universidad Europea (Valencia), ISDI in Madrid, The Hero Camp, and GeeksHubs (CTO Bootcamp). Among other things, she is also HR Residency Advisor at Google for Startups.

Sketch’s Design Advocate Layshi Curbelo Vega is the creator of the Command Z Podcast. With the objective of communicating and educating, she made her career in Advertising (BA) and Instructional Design (MA). For years she worked in various companies as a UI/UX and accessibility designer. Layshi believes that everything in this life is designed – whether it is an object, a moment or a thought; the key to success is that this design has a purpose and generates the expected results.
